Experimenting with indoor growing!

Some of our gardens have been experimenting with indoor growing as well!

We have begun planning our spring garden so are anxious to see something grow. We placed our celery stalk from snack in a bowl of water. It is growing!

Re-growing lettuce...simply cut of the top to eat, then sit the bottom in water and watch it re-grow!
