My name is Alex and I'm going to be writing a blog for the Community Food Network. I am going to try to do weekly updates and maybe more than that. My goal is to keep up to date on current events and projects that the CFN plans or gets involved in. I will try to put as much helpful information in this blog as possible. Maybe I can give you some fun gardening ideas and new healthy eating tips. Mostly I just want to have fun with this and see where it goes from there. So if anyone thinks of something that I can include on this page or something I forgot to mention, let me know. I'm learning about this as I go and hopefully you can learn with me.

The Community Food Network is a Planning Group designed to support Community Gardens and Food Distribution Resources. Representatives from several local organizations meet on the first Monday of each month to assist with garden coordination, distribution needs, resource development, marketing, volunteer recruitment, and educational planning. This group is open to anyone who is interested in helping with meetings taking place at 1:30pm at the following locations.
